MicroNugget: Learning Intentionally

Y’all, it has been a week. I still feel shocked when thinking about some of the things that have happened over the past 7 days. I won’t go into the details, at least not right now, but let’s just say it was a very unexpected and negative experience. Relaxing My Natural Hair??

Hi guys, I had to drop in this evening and talk (rant) about something I’m considering. As you can tell from the title, I’ve been considering making a change to my natural hair. FALLing in Love

In case you didn’t know, Fall is THE best season of the year. May just be my opinion, but I like to believe I’m right about this 🙂 I love everything about Fall – the temperature starting to drop, the crisp air, the warm cozy vibes that fill every day. Hi guys! I hope everyone had a great weekend. For the next topic in Skills to Win, I wanted to spend some time talking about soft skills. How important are soft skills, and what are they exactly?

Hi guys! Can you believe we’re already well into September? This has been such a full year! It’s hard to believe so much has been packed into just a few months, and this year is not over yet. Whether you’ve had a lot of good experiences this year or have gone through loss, we can all agree that there’s been a lot going on. It can be enough to make your head spin. Life is happening, and it’s coming at all of us fast. I think it’s safe to say that we’ve all been stressed out at some point this year, and ways to de-stress can be a little hard to come by. It can be hard to figure out where to start – especially if you’ve been highly stressed for a long time. Let me help with that!

Organizing My Pantry!

Have you ever looked at your pantry and wondered how in the world it got that bad? 😑 Yea, me too. Well, I finally got aggravated enough to do something about it. It’s still a work in progress, but I’ve found some great containers and bins so far.
