Baby Teeth!

Hi Everyone, I wanted to drop in and share a quick little note (I’m interested to know if some of you can relate). My darling baby boy has just started to lose his baby teeth. But as soon as the first tooth came out, it was like he jumped from being a little boy to being a little man… well, excuse me, young man… he doesn’t really like to be called little anything anymore 😑.

He didn’t want to snuggle with Mommy as much anymore. Didn’t want to be read stories as much. He even used the potty one day without his step-stool. Crazy, right! Even crazier, I’ve realized that my baby really isn’t a baby anymore. I didn’t expect these milestones to be as bittersweet as they are. My son is growing up, which is so exciting – he’s learning so many new things and doing more on his own – but it makes my heart ache at the same time. That sucks.. lol.

I can’t be the only one dealing with this! Let me know which moments you’ve experienced that made you realize your baby wasn’t so much of a baby anymore. I’d love to hear from you!
